Welcome to Chicago in a new Watch Dogs trailer

1 min read

I don’t care about the controversy over downgraded graphics – I still think that Ubisoft’s open-world story-driven Watch Dogs looks fantastic, and it’s something I’m looking very, very forward to. It’ll be especially cool if the virtual version of Chicago presented in the game is one brimming with life.

From recent demoes of the engine, it certainly seems that Watch Dogs digital Chicago will be interactive and well realised, and I can only assume that that’s what this trailer shows off. I haven’t actually seen it – we got the link while the video was private, along with very, very little other info.

So hopefully there is a video there, and hopefully it’s good. Let us know in the comments.

Editor. I'm old, grumpy and more than just a little cynical. One day, I found myself in possession of a NES, and a copy of Super Mario Bros 3. It was that game that made me realise that games were more than just toys to idly while away time - they were capable of being masterpieces. I'm here now, looking for more of those masterpieces.
