I have to admit I’m not into wrestling anymore but when I was younger I was a huge fan of the what was then known as the WWF, it has subsequently changed to be the WWE and a whole new generation of fans have appeared who don’t appreciate the insanity that was the Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan and the Undertaker.
Well 2K are bringing back the glory days with the next title in the WWE series, WWE2K14, and if you pre-order the upcoming title you can get to play as The Ultimate Warrior.
To celebrate this event 2K have made this cringe worthy video of a very aged Ultimate Warrior walking through the 2K offices… it’s all in the name of fun and even though he’s obviously quite the old man now I wouldn’t want to meet him in a dark alley.
The guys crazy.
We have also confirmed that the Phenom edition which gives you a steel coffin, signed undertaker card, a skin for your controller and an exclusive American Badass Undertaker in game character will be released locally, but the numbers are going to be very limited indeed so make sure you get your pre-orders in as soon as they hit the relevant websites.
Maybe even try get to a BT Games now to be first in line.
I do love that they had to write on the picture that the controller isn’t included… even though there is no controller in the picture…
Anyway that’s it, are you still a massive fan of wrestling like Darryn is or is this more of a guilty pleasure that you don’t tell everyone about?

I remember, back when I still believed WWF was real. Oh to be young and naive again

My mother still half thinks it’s real. The worst part is she still watched some reality show where they trained minor celebrities to be wrestlers & showed how they fake stuff.

Remember the time HHH used the Pedigree on UW and he just got up and proceeded to give HHH a beat down hahaha! Back then WWF/E had attitude! Now it is just same-old same-old week after week 🙁

The only show I really watch any more is NXT, at least they have some interesting matches. The rest are just so predictable :/

Yup, I still enjoy the WWE. Will admit that it ain’t the same anymore – still prefer my DVDs of the attitude era, compared to today’s offerings. But hell, my favourite wrestler is still at it, so that’s a great thing – Kane! Bring on the big red monster!

Also watched it when I was a kid. My favorite was Stone Cold Steve Austin.
