In the run up to the release of the NXE I have often commented on how I think the avatars are just a silly idea and that I really don’t see the point to them.
Well I now need to publically take that back, you see I was busy creating mine yesterday and half way through the process my daughter (4) walked in and decided to help me.
The resulting avatar is original at least but I have to admit I feel a sense of unity with my slightly odd and sexually undecided avatar.
I have also gone through my friends list and have chosen a few avatars which look entirely different from the actual person and some which look exactly like the owners… do you have an awesome avatar you would like to show us and can you tell which of these avatars are accurate?

So the PS3 guys are making cool levels in LBP, and the Xbox peeps are dressing up mannequins. Hmmmmm, things sure have changed. 😉

I tried to do one in my own image. I sent my Avatar to my mate, asked him if it looks like me and he reckons, the legs, yes.

They don’t really have a curly hair option so I had to make mine spikes. Otherwise that’s pretty much me… except I’m a little hotter in real life 😉

I wish they were making cool level, but those seem few and far between at the moment, not as easy to make an awesome level that people will want to play as we had originaly thought.
