As 20th Century Fox looks to reset their X-Men franchise, all hopes now lie with a crimson Canadian chucklehead by the name of Deadpool.

It appears Marvel may have another collaboration on its way with Marvel rumoured to have discussed the possibility of cross-overs with 20th Century Fox. Fox owns the film rights to the X-Men characters, Fantastic Four and the extremely popular Deadpool which was released earlier this year.

Why did they decide to release Independence Day: Resurgence on the 24th of June instead of the 4th of July? Pretty golden opportunity missed there. But, it’s not like it was going to help the movie fare any better, so I guess we should just get it out of the way then.
