Destiny 2 is changing up its rocket launcher/paper/scissors combo up considerably, as weapons now come in three new flavours: Kinetic, Energy and Power. A new system that gives Guardians brand new ways to tinker with their loadouts.

With Rise of Iron on the way, it may be time to re-evaluate which gun you’re going to want to keep updated with new upgrades and ascensions.

The silliest of seasonal months will introduce a new update that will once again nerf a weapon or two. And it’s a bittersweet pill to swallow, as the pulse rifle is in the firing line of Destiny's December update.

All those Exotic weapons that you plugged a ton of time and effort into obtaining in Destiny? They're going to be dumbed down a bit in the latest weapon update for the game. Hoo boy.
