Stop telling your friends that MOBAs are clones of eachother, and rather educate them on the difference between the lot. This will hopefull help out a bit.

The Reborn beta has been around for a good few months now, giving Valve ample time to tinker around and tune up the future Dota 2 engine. Have you been holding out on trying it out? You won’t have a choice for much longer it seems, because it looks like Reborn will be officially launching this week.

Compared to other MOBAs, Heroes of the Storm has a relatively tame toxic player base. There is the odd aggressive/rude player who pops up here and there though, looking to ruin the experience for everyone else. Hopefully that’ll soon be a thing of the past, because Blizzard are tightening up their reporting system with the game’s next patch.

The roster for Heroes of the Storm is getting pretty damn big, and it’s only going to keep growing. It’s actually quite scary to think where Blizzard’s MOBA will be in a year or two in terms of character count, because there are just so many franchises to draw from! The world of Warcraft is the latest source of inspiration, bringing a familiar half-orc, half-ogre to the Nexus playground. Rexxar is coming, and so is Misha too!

Hero League has received some changes. Only a solo or pair of players can now play it. Larger groups will have to stick to general matchmaking, unless they are 5, in which case they can go ahead and play Team League.

The Smite character count has just gone up one. The third-person MOBA has welcomed Xing Tian to its ranks! He's a headless god of Chinese origin, and he is very, VERY angry it seems.
