Along with Damnation and Resistance 2, Prince of Persia will be one of the titles releasing next Friday (5 December). The end of next week pretty much brings the awe-inspiring game release season of 2008 to a close. While their may be a few titles still releasing here and there, all of the most watched titles will be on the shelves. Many have had their eye on the new Prince of Persia title, with it's cell-shaded yet detailed look as well as some really interesting combat mechanics. The official trailer has been put up on Gametrailers.com and judging by what I have seen it looks like it is going to be quite a ride.

You all may have read Gareth's rAge article two days ago and noticed that he mentioned that I ran off with the camera on a secret mission.... Now that I am back I have loaded up some of our photos of rAge for your viewing pleasure, complete with commentary.... The new Prince of Persia has been gathering a lot of interest since it's announcement. While fans of the series will obviously be excited for it's release, newcomers are even finding it easy to cast an eyeball at the screenshots and news stories that we have been seeing of late. The reason for this is that the game is looking incredibly pretty now that the developers have opted for a visually intriguing cell-shaded style. The good news is that today Ubisoft confirmed that Prince of Persia will be on shelves and available for purchase on the 5th of December for the PS3, Xbox 360 and believe it or not, the Nintendo DS. Just in time for all the Christmas grannies to pick it up for their grandchildren. It's not only about the graphics though, the new title will also be featuring a new combat system and an open-world layout. Looking good Prince... looking good.

Jake Gyllenhall and Mark Wahlberg better watch out because there is another huge adaptation thats rocking the world. Not quite an action movie, Pacman: The Movie is more of a Horror/Drama that takes a fresh outlook on the story by allowing us to view it from the eyes of the ghosts and not from yellow mouth yapper this time around. Now don't let the big studios know, but we have the entire movie (although quite short) available right here for you to watch and enjoy. Shhhhhhh. The Gears of War movie has now had a lot of added pressure put on it. They better not slack off because this has just raised the bar significantly.
