Yooka-Laylee review – A tedious trip down memory lane

By Alessandro Barbosa

Yooka-Laylee is a nostalgic trip to the past that ignores all the innovations that came after it. Deus Ex: A Criminal Past Review – Gorgeous environments meet confined character development

By Darryn Bonthuys

It’s also a running theme throughout 88 Heroes, a game which loves the number as more than just a friend. When you’ve got a cephalopod-themed villain obsessed with all things octal, you know you’re in for a weird ride.

Comedy and horror have always had a close relationship, so it probably should come as no surprise that it took a comedian to give us one of the most effective, thought provoking and timeliest horror films of recent memory.

Nier Automata is unforgettable. The gameplay is all sorts of Platinum Games fun but the story is what will remain with you long after it’s done.
