From the streets of Gotham to the far reaches of the Multiverse, these are the best comic book covers of the week!

Sucker Punch’s samurai epic is leaning into the power fantasy of an age long forgotten, but with just enough authenticity added to the mix so that players can engage in a deadly duel where everything feels just…perfect.

New lands to explore, new gyms to conquer and new trainers to meet. Bollocks to that, I want to know which Pokémon I can get my hands on in Pokémon Sword and Shield’s upcoming Isle of Armor expansion! This week’s latest trailer drop for the upcoming expansion didn’t just reveal when the DLC will release (June 17 in case you weren’t paying attention), but also which new Pokémon forms you’ll be able to see in action. They all look fantastic, save for Venusaur who once again gets the short end of the stick.

For more than two decades now, Farfetch’d has been nothing more than a notch in a pokedex that merely exists to be marked, an occasionally a homicidal duck who almost bludgeoned Ash to death with a leek once. In Pokémon Sword and Shield, one of the OG pocket monsters of the classic era of being superior like certain people never were before you, is finally getting some much needed love when players head to the Galar region.

Pokémon Sword and Shield may be seeing the return of many series traditions after the Sun and Moon games introduced some radical overhauls, but no Pokémon game would feel complete without the introduction of a team of ne’er-do-wells to harass players. After the likes of Team Rocket and Team Skull, the next Pokémon game has its primary antagonists: Football hooligans. …

When it comes to Pokémon game, having certain features which are unique to one of the two versions sold has been an age-old practice that only Nintendo can get away with. Most of the time, each new Pokémon game features a selection of wildlife that are exclusive to a particular cart, resulting in players socialising and trading amongst each other so that they can fill up their Pokedex. This year, Pokémon Sword and Shield is taking that idea a step further with version exclusive gym leaders.

For Honor is cutting out that split-screen feature before the game releases in its final state next year February.
