The Grudge is the latest entry into the The Grudge horror franchise, and is a sequel/re-imagining of 2004's identically titled The Grudge. A single mother and young detective, Muldoon (Andrea Riseborough), discovers that a suburban house is cursed by a vengeful ghost that dooms those who enter it with a violent death. Now, she runs to save herself and her son from demonic spirits from the cursed house in her neighborhood.

The horror franchise based on a bigger Japanese horror franchise is back again to scare audiences with its creepy stories and that spine-tingling moan.

Horror movies are not just scary because of their unsettling visuals, but also because of their horrific scores and sound effects too.

These days Hollywood treats reboots like Ophrah Winfrey treats her audiences - everyone gets one. Now we have The Grudge to not look forward to all over again.
