Nobody can ever accuse Arnold Schwarzenegger of a lack of dedication to a cause. When he says he's coming back, he's coming back damn it! Arnie famously made the promise of his return in both 1984 sci-fi classic The Terminator as well as its timelessly awesome 1991 sequel Terminator 2: Judgement Day.
