A Company of Heroes 2 master collection has been deployed on Steam

If you’re a fan of good, strategic games, look no further than Company of Heroes 2. The World War II RTS from Relic Entertainment first launched back in June 2013, and has since grown to include a bunch of expansions and add-ons. If you’ve somehow missed on all this content over the past two years, good news – they can all be grabbed now in one neat, all-encompassing package.

It’s called the Company of Heroes 2: Master Collection, and it comes with everything… everything I say!

Join the highest rated WWII RTS franchise with this package regrouping the original COH2 and all its expansions (The Western Front Armies, Ardennes Assault and The British Forces) – as well as the Theater of War mission packs. Includes 2 single-player campaigns and 5 multiplayer armies.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of what the R655 admission fee will grab you (via VG247):

  • Company of Heroes 2
  • The Western Front Armies: Oberkommando West
  • The Western Front Armies: US Forces
  • Ardennes Assault
  • Case Blue Mission Pack
  • Southern Front Mission Pack
  • The British Forces
  • Victory at Stalingrad Mission Pack

I reviewed the Western Front Armies content back in the day, and found it to be rather enjoyable and great value for money– at least for those who did not own the core game already. I suppose that same logic can be applied here.

If you already own the core game and a handful of the extras, there is no real value to be found in purchasing the Master Collection. If you don’t have any of the content at all however, there is a whack of it here just waiting to be enjoyed, and at not too bad a price either.
