First Assassin’s Creed 4 gameplay footage revealed

2 min read

We're going to have a whale of a time

Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag was announced to the world back in early March with a great cinematic trailer that can be seen here. However, Ubisoft has now seen it fit to release the first gameplay trailer of Black Flag on the day that Bioshock: Infinite drops…which is a bit odd.

The trailer itself is looking pretty incredible and while it starts off slowly it really does ramp up and get the juices flowing before the end.

They also took this opportunity to reveal the limited edition options they will be releasing with the title in October this year.

According to a post on VG247 there will be 4 special editions released in the UK with one of them being a UPlay exclusive and the other a Gamestop/Game exclusive. Whether these retail specific exclusives will be released locally is yet to be seen.

Personally I think it’s a dodgy move on Ubisoft’s part to give their online store the best exclusive edition and a move that will not go down well with retailers and even regional distributors.

Here’s the details scraped directly from the above mentioned VG247

I picked up AC3 for PS3 last week. It will be my first AC game. I sadly don’t have time to play them all, but I did some reading and watched a vid explaining the story…Not sure if I’ll like it, will probably only get a chance in 2 weeks time to play it then I’ll decide if it’s my kinda game…

AC3 is not the best to start with, well based on the reviews.

You should actually start with AC 2 ( 1 was cool but got very repetitive and boring)

might be an interesting pickup for the movies section

pirate series, micheal bay producing (probably only the pilot episode, like spielberg with terra nova) and game of thrones director.
partially shot in cape town by cape town studios.

would love to see more news about upcoming series in the movies page.

i dont actually know how to contact anyone for suggestions.
      contact details page is broken.
so thought this way was best
