In case you missed it yesterday afternoon, the Forza Motorsport 4 demo became available for Xbox Live Gold members. The demo will also be available to the rest of you uncommitted gamer-trash that don’t pay standard Xbox Live members on Friday.

The demo weighs in 1.27GB according to Xbox.com and it can be scheduled up right here, for those of you who don’t feel like getting it started when you get back home.

The demo includes the Bernese Alps track that you have likely already seen in the Forza 4 developer diaries and trailers. You will get to tussle with the 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator, Kia cee’d (the current Top Gear reasonably priced car), the 2011 Subaru WRX STI as well as the gorgeous Ferrari 599 GTO.
