Time for the PS3 to get some love. The PS3 Essentials Range is announced, a collection of budget-priced titles that will include games such as Infamous, Uncharted and Little Big Planet, but now, it’s time that we get some details on Cross-controller support with LBP 2, as Sony gives Nintendo and the Wii U a massive middle finger.

A video demo shows this off, with the thumb sticks of the Vita being used to control Sack Boy on the big screen, while a map is displayed on the Vita screen. It’s dual-screen gaming, and the update will be added later this year.

Meanwhile, the Playstation Plus free game of the month for September is Red Dead Redemption. And I ain’t got no quarrel with that! The PS Cloud storage is also being increased to 1GB, and will be available on the Vita as well.

And with that, it’s time to see some more info on Wonderbook, and find out if I owe Geoff R50, based on my prediction that 50 Shades of Grey would be adapted for it.
