Lock me up in Arkham Asylum before I buy this Batman collectible

Batman Arkham (1)

This is not a good week to be broke. It’s an even worse week to short of cash and a Batman fanatic, as not one but two new Batman collectibles are on the way. While I consider Michael Keaton to be the best movie Batman of all time, the Arkham Batman is easily the best video game dark knight that will ever exist. So I’m slightly bummed that I’m out of organs and bathtub ice to help fund this particular acquisition.

Pre-orders kick off on May 7 for this Sideshow Collectibles caped crusader, which is meant to be paired with another Arkham figure that’ll cost you all the beans. I ain’t jokin’. This particular Batman will set you back $469.99, and comes with a tailored cape, interchangeable hands, batarangs and a themed base to keep my tears away from it. Here, enjoy some pictures:

The funny thing is, by the time I can afford this Batman, I’ll probably already be lusting after an Arkham Knight variant. Dammit.

I think I might actually prefer the Michael Keaton one.
    Both are awesome though.
