Mass Effect Venturing to the Big Screen

1 min read

Mass Effect was a very good game in its own right. The storyline was fairly complex and it always seemed like a game that somebody would want to make into a movie.

According to reports, film producer Avi Arad is the person who has decided to take that task on. With movies such as Spiderman, Hulk, Ghost rider and every other Marvel movie under his belt, as well as the Lost Planet movie in production, he clearly has the correct credentials to pull it off.

EA has yet to confirm it but it does fit into their company plan to gain revenue from movies and with all the game adaptations already on the way to the big screen I wouldn’t be surprised to see Mass Effect added to that list.

Whether or not this movie will be able to gain the attention of anybody who hasn’t played the game is yet to be seen, but something gives me the feeling that it might not do so well at the box office.
