We posted up our Spec Ops: The Line review yesterday and while it had some gameplay issues the entire experience was an enjoyable one and if you are into single player stories then I do recommend you grab yourself a copy when it comes out on Friday
And for those that do at least you know the game is going to be supported moving forward with Gamespot revealing yesterday the the previously announced co-op DLC will be released sometime in August and will contain 4 co-op missions set before the single player story in the main game.
You will be playing with different characters in all new areas and the experience will hopefully focus on team work and communication.
I’m not sure a prequel DLC pack with different characters will resonate with the same sort of addictive story but we’ll only find that out closer to the time.
