Guess what – it’s finally Friday! That’s right boys and girls, the work week is finally coming to an end, and that can only mean one thing. Time to strip down, booze up, and play games! Unless, like me, you’re going to spend 15 hours on a plane. Oh wait, I can still do that… right?
Is there really any doubt? We went crashing through a new site milestone this week – one million hits! But don’t worry, we won’t let it go to our heads. Although, I do wonder why Gavin was reading about butlers the other day…
Best ION Header
My favorite ION in a while, to be honest. Also, pretty artwork!
It’s me, of course! You guys are the best community, ever, and rallied around me, earning yourselves my latest trolling fake ION. You all had a lot to say about the MSSA organizing the Mexico match, as well as Activision hiring a lobbying firm and my glorious Gunnar eyewear review.
The dubious award goes to Darryn. Also, he got least comments. Trololol! It seems you guys really didn’t care about Sniper Elite Nazi Zombie Army 2.
Batman of the Week
It would appear that we are the dead weight around Gavin’s neck as he carries us to glory. But he’s a benevolent Batman – he only forces Darryn to run while chasing him down in the Batmobile once a day.
Header Image of the Week
This “Geoff selfie” made me giggle far more than I care to admit. Also, without this award, Geoff would have NOTHING this week, so it’s a pity award.
Comment of the Week
So many contenders, but the witty hairyknees made us laugh with his Carte Blanche comment yesterday on the ION:
Hahaha I can just imagine Derek Watts doing a MSSA piece on Carte Blanche xD
“Are professional gamers safe? MSSA would have you believe otherwise, as they swindle money from the innocent, take away Taco’s from the Mexicans, and have a website reminiscent of a shit covered piece of toilet paper. We attempted to get a comment from Deon Whatsisface. He told us that we are just a silly sensationalist news show. Well we say that the truth is not silly, and we will expose any tomfoolery or shenanigans at MSSA HQ.”
