
Tonight’s PlayStation State of Play event may have been heavy on delightfuly quirky games and very very light on rumoured caped crusader reveals starring a certain gang of night owls, but the show didn’t end without Sony revealing one big card up their sleeve: The Last of Us Part II. Long in development and shrouded in mystery, the upcoming sequel to the hit post-apocalypse adventure from several years ago finally has a release date: February 21, 2020. That’s a whole lot of twenty, but until that month rolls around here’s the latest trailer to sink your teeth into straight from Naughty Dog Studios:
Might want to save up then, because February is looking pretty busy thanks to not only this sequel, but also Final Fantasy Remake, Ori and the Will of the Wisps and Conan Chop Chop.

So, will this be a PS5 title! Or are those rumours now put to bed that we will be seeing the new consoles this year!
