In the lasciviously-titled document "Epic Games Store: Review of Performance and Strategy, October 25, 2019", it was revealed that the company paid Take Two Interactive and Gearbox a staggering $115 million for the timed exclusivity PC launch of Borderlands 3 on the Epic Games Store.
All those free games and store exclusives certainly rack up the bills so hopefully the next few years can help the Epic Game Store land back in the black.
One can only hope this means less game crashes and more sessions that are actually joinable.
