Amazon Prime's upcoming TV series adaptation of the Jack Reacher novels has found its titular star... and he's actually the right size!

After a competitive bidding process Amazon have won the rights to produce a TV series based on author Lee Child's most famous creation - Jack Reacher. This is the latest high profile acquisition the online giant has scored in recent years that's based on a best-selling series of novels.

Despite his success in the role, Tom Cruise's size and portrayal of the hard hitting action hero was always a big point of controversy with the recent film adaptations which is now leading to them looking to adapt as a new TV series with a different actor instead.
