As far as I can tell there was never a solid release date for the console version of Sacred 2 but it has always been assumed that we will be seeing it before Christmas this year. Earlier today we posted that game prices will be seeing a hike as of the 27th of October. While we were worried that games may be seeing as much as R850 per title, it looks like we might be able to relax a little bit. South African distributor Megarom have seen the article and have sent me a price list of the titles that will be releasing after that date and I can happily say that while the price increase will still happen, we won't likely be seeing the prices that we feared. Prices and more after the jump. From what I have seen on this price list, there will be no standard titles that will exceed the R699 mark. You all may have read Gareth's rAge article two days ago and noticed that he mentioned that I ran off with the camera on a secret mission.... Now that I am back I have loaded up some of our photos of rAge for your viewing pleasure, complete with commentary.... Two things were set in stone this weekend at rage regarding Guitar Hero 3 Legends of Rock, firstly Megarom, the Lair and Gamerlobby can pull of some really great competitions and secondly DarthPenguin sure as hell can play Guitar Hero, although he’s rather lucky he’s playing on expert cause if he played on medium he would have to face me. …
