We know that the upcoming next-generation Xbox will support the three previous generations of Xbox games. If you buy the new Xbox Series X (or the cheaper machine, whose name we don’t know just yet), you’ll be able to play existing Xbox One games, backwards compatible Xbox 360 games, and even supported Xbox Original games. will the PlayStation do similar?

So what will the PlayStation 5 controller look like then? Not too different! According to the controller patent that was published in Japan, the changes are subtle but shiny enough to give you instant technolust: Bigger triggers, shrunken analogue sticks and a USB-C port.

Cheaters suck. As I’ve said countless times over the years, I have no problem with people who cheat in their own single player games – but when they take those cheats online and ruin the fun for everybody else, they belong in a special circle of hell. There are already countless anti-cheat mechanics in place across the gamut of games, but EA’s now patented a new one.
