Miles Morales: Spider-Man, or as the game will be known outside of the US, Kilometer Morales: Spider-Man, won’t have a shortage of villains when it swings onto PS5 next week. The OG Spider-Man had his hands full with the Sinister Six, escaped prisoners, and the Taskmaster in 2018, but Miles will be facing a threat even worse than Galactus when he gets the munchies after passing through some groovy cosmic nebula: American capitalism.

Surprise! Another game has announced that it’ll be hitting 4K 60FPS visuals on a next-gen console. I know, sit down, this is news that you definitely haven’t heard before. I’m oddly excited for this entry though which will be in “dynamic” 4K and up to 60FPS, as Days Gone has been on my radar for a while, but I’ve been too busy and broke to grab it since it released last year.

Starfield will be a single-player game with no multiplayer features

Two years after Bethesda revealed its new Starfield IP at E3, the one bit of concrete information that everyone has on the game is that it’s still going to be a while before we see it released. And I‘d bet easy money that it arrives long before Star Citizen finally does HEY-OH! The teaser seen so far has been just that: An absolute tease. Bethesda’s big cheese Todd Howard did have a few more details to share on the game in a recent interview with GameIndustry.biz (via Reddit) during the Brighton Digital Conference. Here’s a breakdown on what he had to say.

Vergil is a stylish powerhouse in new Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition gameplay

By Darryn Bonthuys

Devil May Cry 5 was a balls-to-the-wall action game that pretty much defined 2019 for me, and in a few days it’ll be getting even ballsier with said wall when its special edition releases on next-gen consoles. All the S-rank bells and whistles are there on top of a game that pretty much looked like next-gen stuff when it first arrived: Ray tracing, 4K resolution, and a frame-rate mode that can run from glorious 60 to 120 frames per second. This game is literally why I’m buying a new TV.

PS5 custom faceplate site runs afoul of Sony, cancels orders

Some people like the shape of the console, but they reckon those plates that cover the device would pop beautifully in another shade of colour. One website that wanted to cash in on the PS5 hype was Customize My Plates AKA PlateStation 5, I crap thee not. The company had set up preorders for a variety of primary colour plates, and I’ll admit that the royal red they had on the site was dead sexy.
