While this isn’t confirmed yet it does look like the upcoming Twisted Metal from David Jaffe is going to have PlayStation Move functionality after all, that’s even after David himself earlier stated that Move and Twisted Metal weren’t a great fit.
Here is the tweet in question

So not much more was said about Move functionality after that until the following image was posted up on his blog showcasing the marketing material for Twisted Metal.
Now granted it could just be a mistake from some marketing genius but in reality it looks very much like it has been done on purpose.
I’ll be a sad chap indeed if Twisted Metal is now Move enabled as I really can’t see how that would improve the experience in any way, shape or form and after what David Jaffe previously stated it smacks a little of shoe horning functionality into a game to sell peripherals.
Only time will tell I guess, the latest news is that Twisted Metal will be released in Europe (and likely here) on the 17th of February and we’ll let you know our feelings about the title as soon as possible.
