It’s Summer, it’s hot – and it’s rapidly approaching the holidays. There’s something about summer that makes me want sit close to the sea, drink all of the beer in 5the world and eat as many Oysters as my budget allows (hint: not many). Seriously, I love the stuff. Cracked black pepper, a splash of lemon juice and a drop or eleven of Tabasco sauce, and I’m in heaven.
I know there are a fair many of you who won’t eat oysters; the texture, the taste, whatever. I‘m not even mad, it really means there’s more for me. Oysters are my Summer fun food. What’s yours?
