Bethesda just can’t catch a break with Fallout 76. As it struggles to win players over to its middlingly-multiplayer online Fallout game, the latest patch has re-introduced a number of bugs to post-apocalyptic West Virgina – along with a few new ones.

A trio of timed in-game nukes seems to have nuked Fallout 76’s servers

Players can scrounge around for nuke launch codes, and once they’ve hit the requisites they can launch great big destructive bombs. Doing so irradiates the target site and unleashes mutated monsters like the Scorchbeast Queen, but also uncovers high-level equipment for scrounging. A group of players decided to see what happens if they simultaneous launched nukes from all three available silos to a single site.

Oh dear…Fallout 76’s physics are tied to its frame rate

Earlier this week, users discovered an unfortunate bug in the Fallout 76 Beta client on PC that deleted the whole 50GB installation. Bethesda’s Pete Hines has apologised for the issue, saying its “it's not going to be the last bump on the road.” And he was right.
