Respawn is made of two development teams. One is hard at work on Apex Legends stuff, while the other is working on the impending star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. That means something has to give, and unfortunately that something is Titanfall.
Hindsight’s a bastard, and while Anthem in its current state is still a beautiful slice of boredom, it could one day be the game that fans were initially promised. Could. The problem right now? Nobody wants to stick around long enough to help beta-test the full release until it actually does gets its house in order.
While a proper gameplay reveal of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will probably only be seen at E3 2019, some details regarding the more cinematic and immersive gameplay have been revealed.
While lightsaber technology still remains massively out of reach in this lifetime, video games have more than managed to satiate that hunger for laser sword action over the last couple of years. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is the name of the game and it’ll officially be revealed tomorrow at the annual Star Wars Celebration. So what’s it about? Respawn has kept details locked up tighter than the Coca Cola recipe (They’re STILL using cocaine?), but according to one anonymous source on reddit who claims to be a dev on Fallen Order, you can expect Fallen Order to take a…different approach as to what most games in the series have done so far.
