Power Rangers 2 is most likely already greenlit, an apt term that’ll introduce the team’s greatest nemesis and eventual ally, the Green Ranger. A role originally played by Jason Frank in the Mighty Morphin’ series of the 90s that I’m no longer embarrassed to show my love for, the Green Ranger commands the mighty Dragon Zord and was created by Rita Repulsa herself. Frank would eventually become the White Ranger and defacto leader of the team, but the Green Ranger is still a fond memory of Tommy Oliver at his best. Or her best if the cast of Power Rangers get some wish fulfilment.

Godzilla has been the undisputed king of the Kaijus for decades now. Dozens of films, reboots and comic books have created not just a legend, but an icon. One area where Godzilla hasn’t reigned supreme however? Anime. It’s weird when you think about it, but Godzilla has never ever had an Anime movie featuring the infamous boss-level walking extinction event. Until now that is. The first such film releases later this year, called Godzilla: Monster Planet.
