Gamescom The Gamescom Awards are always a little weird. The nominees for this year’s Gamescom Awards were announced well before Gamescom itself kicked off. For games to have been nominated, the publishers had to have paid a nominal fee, along with a host of other little rules – which makes them all a little suspect.
