When Godzilla vs Kong was revealed a few years back, director Adam Wingard promised that there would be a definitive winner in that Kaiju clash. Four years later, Wingard says the plan hasn’t changed at all.

Spiral Studio’s Godzilla: King of the Monsters Ultimate Masterline: Battle in Boston Series – Burning Godzilla Deluxe Edition Statue (that’s a mouthful!) features a design based on artwork from Matt Frank, with an extra component being classic Kaiju Mothra sacrificing herself to give Big G an increase in power. Combined with the energy from a nuclear explosion that it had absorbed, this version of Godzilla was supercharged and ready to unleash the atomic age on Ghidorah.
Giant kaiju are not known for their stealth, but it had been awfully quiet when it came to the upcoming Godzilla vs Kong. That all changed last night though when the long-awaited first trailer for the monster mash roared its way online and maybe even gave us the first glimpse of a certain mechanized big bad enemy!
