Superman lives! Or at least he will if a crazy new rumour for the upcoming The Flash movie is to be believed.

Mega-producer Jerry Bruckheimer recently gave an update on the long-gestating third movie in the National Treasure franchise. He also dropped a surprisingly little nugget of info – they’re developing a TV series based on the franchise for Disney+.

After a meteorite lands in the front yard of their farm, Nathan Gardner (Nicolas Cage) and his family find themselves battling a mutant extraterrestrial organism as it infects their minds and bodies, transforming their quiet rural life into a living nightmare.
