Xbox Game Pass, which has recently become a Bethesda buffet with all its Doom and Dishonored games being thrown onto the table, is about to get a whole lot tastier yet again.

In a roundtable discussion that had very little in the background to confirm that Metal Gear Rising 2 was in development, Xboss Phil Spencer, Bethesda’s Pete Hines, and various other big names spoke about the future of the game publisher now that it had joined the Xbox family.

All the development costs for The Medium have been recouped which means that team is due for an excellent socially distanced party right about now.

That’s a lot of monthly subscribers that Microsoft probably still isn’t making any money from.

Friday ended with a bit of a shocker, as Microsoft announced that it would soon be jacking the price of Xbox Live Gold up considerably. Many pundits presumed that this was an effort to drive more people towards adopting an Xbox Game Pass subscription, but whatever the true reasoning behind the move, folks weren’t exactly impressed.
