The PlayStation 4 vs. Xbox One debate settled for good

FIGHT

Since Sony revealed its PlayStation 4 in March last year, and Microsoft did the same a little later in May, there’s been a heated debate about which is better. That argument can finally be put to rest, as there is one clear winner in which is the stronger machine.

If you drop them from high places, that is. As part of Wire’s Battle Damage, the chaps drop both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One from great heights to see which one is the strongest. The losing console gets chainsawed, for some reason. I won’t spoil the results, but I daresay they’re obvious.

Well, when Richard Ryan, the Tech Assassin from Rated RR shot the xbox one and the ps4 with the Barrett .50, both performed equally miserably LMAO

The is what broke the PS4, it absorbed the shockwave from the Xbox hitting the ground and it gave it’s life to save the world.

Its settled for good becus you cant drop them from 15ft? Doubt it. (im not a fan of any of them) but for accurate results this test should be done more than once. Depending on how it lands etcetc, im not going to ramble on but you know… physics.

Agreed. 15ft drop the PS fell flat on it’s side while the Xbox fell at an angle. That will make a huge difference to the impact absorption. Anyways, felt sorry for the poor HDD’s. That’s most likely what broke in the PS.

The Patch Station 4.0 is fine. It just needs a buggy firmware update.

Let’s see. The PS4 dropped on the underside and all force from the top came down on it. The Xbox One dropped at an angle, so force went off to the side. So test not accurate. The guy’s wimpy hand couldn’t hold the Xbox One from that height. That’s why he dropped it at an angle.

Test = a fail. Do it right or don’t do it at all.
