A virtual version of M5 Industries will soon play host to a Mythbusters video game, which will have you testing many of the classic myths from the show and drawing your own scientific conclusions in the process. Like finding out if you can use salami as rocket fuel.

The problem with YouTube, is that its biggest names draw in millions of clicks from pure baiting tactics, shrill screaming for attention and piggybacking off the work of others. If you’re prepared to dig for content however, then you’ll find plenty of fantastic channels on YouTube. We want to know what those channels are.

Former Mythbuster and Tested frontman Adam Savage didn’t just get to see the amazing spascesuit costume of Alien: Covenant. The lucky bugger got a chance to walk around the San Diego Comic Con while wearing it.

Getting to San Diego ain’t easy. Air tickets are most likely sold out, accommodation is fully booked months in advance and nobody wants to sleep next to Sticky Joe (HOWDY!) outside of a McDonalds. The solution? Living your San Diego Comic Con dreams vicariously, through the lens of the latest Sneaky Zebra video

Even in an age of special effects that are this close to hopping over the uncanny valley, practical effects still managed to trump whatever a computer can generate. It’s not hard to see why: It’s cheaper, far more ingenious and while it still does look fake, it looks less fake than anything you’d see rendered out of a special effects studio. That's the route that team for Alien: Covenant when it came time to make the blood flow.
