Dragon Ball FighterZ is so good at that character design, that you probably haven’t even noticed the stages that you battle on. Stages which are lush, vibrant and reduced to ashes by the end of a bout. From the World Tournament arena to the broken ruins of a future ravaged by destruction, every battleground in Dragon Ball FighterZ is a glorious homage to the history of the franchise. There’s life in them there hills, especially in the Namek levels available to fight on.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is getting its first major patch soon. While it won’t include over 9000 balance changes to the roster, it will implement plenty of fixes to various bugs found within the game. It’s all small fixes, but when added up, it’s pretty substantial.

Too often the Dragon Ball FighterZ lobby system is a waiting game of dropped matches and uneven netcode. That will all hopefully be changing soon with the first major patch for the game, which will summon Shenron to address those connectivity issues. Or wish for Bulma’s underwear, because early Dragon Ball was weird as hell.
