One UK-based group known as Carnage took to social media to show off that it had grabbed 2000 new PS5 consoles from retailer GAME. Carnage decided to gloat about this, caught the attention of many pissed off consumers and now GAME is investigating the mass purchases.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2: Electro Boogaloo is going to be one hell of a showcase on the PS5.

After years in the wilderness, Carnage is back and deadlier than ever in a series which has redefined his evil as absolute. Everyone is a target, the world isn’t ready for the red horde that is growing and we’re only a mere three issues in to the horror event of the year that is Absolute Carnage.

Absolute Carnage is name of the event, maximum chaos is the goal and not even an entire Spider-verse of heroes may be capable of stopping Carnage as he embarks on his latest rampage that’ll probably feature enough oozing tentacle action to count as a hentai festival. While the core series will be written by Donny Cates and visualised by Ryan Stegman’s metal artwork, the first issue alone is going to have a ton of amazing comic book covers attached to it.

This year’s big marvel event sees none other than Cletus Kasady on a rampage, as the most lethal symbiote to ever exist is on a mission in Absolute Carnage. A story years in the making, Absolute Carnage will fold out across four issues written by Donny Cates and drawn by Ryan Stegman. This being comic books, there’s so much more to the tale than just a mere quartet of comic books. So where does one even begin? Right here with this handy dandy primer!

Later this year, the real Carnage is back and he won’t be satisfied with just a mere Maximum extension of his brand of anarchy. This time, Carnage is going for an absolute victory.
