A forging of positive emotions have been the driving force behind DC Comics ever since the Rebirth initiative kicked off in 2016. It’s that brighter mindset which will soon find itself challenged in a new DC Comics mini-series out later this year that looks like it’ll reintroduce the Watchmen to that universe while co-creator Alan Moore screams into the abyss, called “Doomsday Clock”.

There isn’t a trap capable of holding Scott Free for long, as the master escape artist has even managed to work his way out of death and resist the irresistible Anti-Life Equation,a feat that only a handful of mortals have mastered. Listen, New Gods stuff is weird but awesome. A fantastic character, who has largely languished within the DCU for years now. Until now that is, as Batman writer Tom King is teaming up with Omega Men artist Mitch Gerads to revive Scot Free.

I’ve always wanted to see Vader at his most raw however.Fresh out of the bacta tanks after his devastating loss on Mustafar, believing himself to be the victim and falling for a lie that he killed the love of his life. Assassin’s Creed’s Edward Kenway is getting the sixth scale figure treatment

By Darryn Bonthuys

Ezio Auditore may have been the coolest assassin on the block, but I always dug the nautical threads of Edward Kenway. Not bad for a man who literally stole his clothes off of a dead man. DAMTOYS’ first Assassin will be that very shifty pirate. They say that he’ll stand at just over 12 inches tall and come with a butt-load of accessories. Check it out.

Sanity prevailed in the end and the tyrant of steelknown as Superman was eventually stopped, tossed into the most maximum of prisons to live out the rest of his days under the glare of red solar radiation lights. Here’s a Major Scarlett Johansson collectible from Ghost In The Shell

Visually, Ghost In The Shell made Major look like she was ripped straight from the manga pages or stills from the landmark anime movie. Whether it was an iconic silicone skin-suit or more urban clothing, Ghost In The Shell was stylish. Just like this one-sixth scale of a more combat-ready Major, from ThreeZero.

Nightwing is going to kill the DC Universe in New Order

By Darryn Bonthuys

in :  Comics & Toys

The former boy wonder is going to be going off the rails slightly in Nightwing: New Order. Metahumans are a tad too prevalent in the DCU, and somebody has to level the playing field for ordinary humans who happen to have been trained to peak physical perfection by the world’s greatest detective. That somebody happens to be Nightwing, as he’ll spend the next decade wiping out the metahuman populace in a world where superpowers are illegal.
