Diablo III makes a great transition to the Nintendo Switch with a stuffed package of content and smooth gameplay, all of which is only marred by occassional control blunders.

With the impending release of Diablo III for Nintendo’s Switch and Sony’s loosening of cross-play restrictions, many hoped that it would signal the beginning of cross-platform play in the hack-and-slash RPG. Nope!

Where there's smoke, there's Diablo. And Blizzard have finally revealed that thier landmark Action RPG is heading to the Nintendo Switch later this year.

Blizzard is hiring for a new Diablo project, but we're still not sure if that means a new sequel or a much anticipated expansion to Diablo III.

At the risk of encouraging a mob of PC fanatics to grab their nearest pitchforks and torches, I’d say console is the best platform by far for Diablo III. So imagine then, the thrill of Diablo III on the go. Take it with a devilish pinch of salt, but that’s the rumour via Neoseeker, whose unverified source claims that Blizzard is “looking to implement local play with multiple Switches, allowing you to team up for local co-op action”.

The Necromancer adds mechanical depth to a game which has hidden the obvious for quite some years. It's an incredible class that's fun to play but extremely overpowered at the moment.
