Destiny 2 was an alright game when it launched. And then, once people had ploughed through all of its content, they realised it actually wasn’t. The end game was weak, the loot was middling and there was nothing to entice players to come back to the game. Over the course of a few bits of DLC and with the latest full expansion Forsaken, Destiny 2 is a significantly better game.

Dead Cells is one of my favourite games of the year. Its brutal action and repeatable runs have made it a game I’m happy to sink 10 minutes or 10 hours into. The release version has now been out for about a month, without anything resembling extra content since its release. That’ll be changing soon!

2K is notorious for its egregious DLC, and WWE2K is no different. The thing that I find most disagreeable is locking fan-favourite moves for custom characters behind a paywall. Want Jeff Hardy’s Atomic Drop into Double Leg Combo? Tyler Bate’s Exploder vs. Opponent on the Apron? Mustafa Ali’s Slingshot X-Factor? Well, cough up, bucko!

Fallout 76 is coming later this year, and it’s a marked departure for the series. While it’ll retain the general post-apocalyptic look and feel, along with the established sort of quest structure, it’s effectively a massively multiplayer online shooter.
