It’s official! ZeniMax, parent company to Bethesda and other subsidiaries, is officially owned by Microsoft after the company spent $7.5 billion to acquire it. With the formality of competition committees and EU approval process giving the acquisition the thumbs up, the approved merger now paves the way for Microsoft and Xbox to become the biggest name in the hemisphere for western RPG video games and much more.

That journey towards the top of the superhero food chain is going to take even longer next week when next-gen upgrades and a new patch arrive in Avengers, the messaging of which was kind of murky according to developer Crystal Dynamics.

Six Days In Fallujah pubisher now admits that the game is ‘inseparable from politics’

Six Days In Fallujah publisher Victura Games is changing its tone on the upcoming and controversial first-person shooter based on one of the most brutal battles in the Iraq War. The studio now says that the game is “inseparable from politics” because of how it depicts real-world events, something which Victura boss Peter Tamte shied away from originally when he mentioned in an earlier interview that Six Days in Fallujah was “not trying to make a political commentary” about the war.
