It's official! The next Borderlands game isn't Borderlands, but is instead a spin-off that goes full fantasy as Tiny Tina leads a gang of adventurers into battle against the evil Dragon Lord. In addition to Ashly Burch who returns to voice the maniacal explosives expert, Wonderlands also features the voices of Andy Samberg, Wanda Sykes, and Will Arnett for this latest round of Bunkers and Badasses.

After a year away from the spotlight, E3 is back and finally ready to bulldoze an entire dump-truck's worth of hype straight to your face. With just over a week to go, E3 2021 officially kicks off on Saturday with a beefy salvo from Ubisoft, and then continues through to Sunday with the likes of Microsoft, Bethesda, and Square Enix all delivering various showcases.

Publisher 2K game apparently has a bunch of games up its metaphorical sleeves to reveal at E3, and it looks like a return to Borderlands is going to be one of those reveals.

It’s not 100% confirmed yet, as the information comes from Gearbox head Randy Pitchford. Remember, never trust a magician.

Last year's E3 was pretty much a write-off long before the Electronic Software Assosciation announced that the show would not go on in 2020. Extraordinary circumstances and saw E3 skip out on having any presence whatsoever in 2020, but this year things are a little bit different. The ESA has put together an all-digital showcase, one that has a beefy number of names attached to it, ranging from the biggest players in the industry through to smaller but no less important brands.

Borderlands 3 launched in 2019, rolled out a quartet of DLC expansions after arrival, and is currently available as a director's cut featuring a whole bunch of extra content. It's also a hugely successful game for developer Gearbox, having earned it rave reviews alongside dumptrucks of money. So what's next for the franchise? Nothing at all.

Tales from the Borderlands deserved better, and now that it’s back on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, the time to revisit one of the best stories in all of video games is primed and ready for action.

Borderlands 3 has just wrapped up its first season of content, but unlike previous games in the series, developer Gearbox is far from done with its loot ‘n shooter. No lengthy gap between sequels where nothing happens for this one save for Gearbox’s top brass being implicated in yet another scandal! The big new feature coming to Borderlands 3 is Arms Race, which basically turns it into a rogue-like game. And definitely not a battle royale, thank the non-refunding Marcus gun-gods.
