The 2015 World Championship series is right around the corner. In just two weeks, the best teams from around the world will get together to kick off the annual League of Legends eSports spectacle, all with the hope of walking away with the grand prize of a cool $1,000,000. The stage needs to be perfect, and Riot have been tinkering hard with their MOBA over the past few weeks to make sure that is the case. Their final balancing act is now complete, as their final update before the tournament, patch 5.18, has just landed.
Riot Games have spent the past few days teasing a brand new champion for their MOBA, League of Legends. Who the heck are the Lamb and the Wolf, and how do they tie into this mysterious third character, Death? The actual lore remain a mystery, but at least we now know what the new champion looks like.
Have some spare cash lying around? Throw it all together and purchase a team in one of the most presitigious tournaments in the world.
Just when you thought the character roster for League of Legends couldn’t get any bigger, Riot go ahead and tease a brand new champion. Who is this new person/creature/thing that’ll be joining Summoner’s Rift? It remains a mystery!
