It's the ultimate clash of the titans as Godzilla throws down with King Kong in the conclusion (up to now) of Legendary's Monsterverse franchise. But does this kaiju-tastic spectacle live up to the hype?
It's time to un-cancel the apocalypse as Netflix's upcoming anime series takes us back to the mad Jaeger-vs-Kaiju world of Pacific Rim.
Giant kaiju are not known for their stealth, but it had been awfully quiet when it came to the upcoming Godzilla vs Kong. That all changed last night though when the long-awaited first trailer for the monster mash roared its way online and maybe even gave us the first glimpse of a certain mechanized big bad enemy!

One of the big recent sci-fi spectacles that is clearly inspired by anime is returning to its roots with Netflix bringing two seasons of Pacific Rim anime to our screens starting in 2020.

While Westwood only hopped into the spice wars of Arrakis in 1993 with Dune II, they quickly created a template for tactics that would evolve to glorious new heights in 1998’s Dune 2000 and then reach its pinnacle in Emperor: Battle for Dune. Since then, the series has been largely dormant , resting beneath the sands and waiting for a day when it might be revived once again. That time, is now.
While I can't even comprehend how this novel is even a thing, it turns out its getting a movie adaptation as well.
