Naruto fighting games are more than just eye-candy battles with ultimate attacks that most likely results in the animation department at CyberConnect having their retinas seared to the point of no return. They’re also adventure games!
The Uchiha side of that series is infinitely interesting. If you’ve read the manga finished, you know just how much tragedy there is in the Uchiha bloodline. It’s a cursed family, but at least there’s a plus-side to their miserable history: They’ve got the most bitchin’ awesome of jutsus and abilities.
Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is throwing as many characters as possible, plus Kitchen Sink no jutsu, into the roster. Characters who have barely had any screen time, but WHATEVER. And that roster now includes the children of Naruto, Sakura and SAAAAAASUKE.
So what’s next for Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto? More ninjas, hidden villages and wars that last years and hundreds of pages? Not quite. Prepare for some sci-fi action next, that won't be reliant on a weekly schedule.
Naruto games have always been bursting at the seams with playable characters, as the series has valued quantity over quality. So prepare for a ton of ninjas in Ultimate Ninja Storm 4.
