Despite a few issues and a dearth of modes, Firewall Zero Hour is the best multiplayer shooter available on PlayStation VR, and one of the platform’s best games. It’s exhilarating, immersive, tactical team-based fun, and one of those rare VR games that I’ll keep playing long after finishing this review.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider makes some puzzling changes to the series' well recieved gameplay that are hit and miss, but it's ineffectual story and underlying failure to critique its title character are its greatest missteps.

Overall, the Stealth 700 is a great headset. It’s packed with features, is comfortable enough and sounds good. The Bluetooth connectivity is a welcome bonus, and the seamless, easy-peasy wireless connectivity makes it an easy recommendation for Xbox One owners.

Beyond the resolution increase, improved audio mix and middling VR, there’s really not much to this remaster. The exclusion of the first game also makes recommending last gen’s collection easier. If you’re a fan of Kojima’s mech series, then Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner MARS is worth picking up. It’s unlikely to win any new fans though.

The Predator opens on a starscape of swirling gasses and pinpricks of lights that immediately reminded me of 1980s film studio Orion’s title sequence. That awesome nostalgic reverie is quickly forgotten though as two alien spaceships, sleek silvery shapes realized in shiny CGI, blast into frame noisily as they engage in an intergalactic dogfight. Watching it at the time, little did I know I had just seen a very apt summation of the discordant film to come.

Destiny 2: Forsaken returns the story that Bungie began back to its roots: A power fantasy with a more sombre story, that retools the sequel to once again feel like a hobby that’s well worth investing in, even if some rough edges do still show in this adventure to enact some old school justice on some new school enemies. Exciting, mysterious and always engaging, it’s good to see Destiny 2 back on track.

In an effort to prove that they can rival the big dogs like Pixar and Dreamworks on just about every front, Netflix has released its new original animated feature Next Gen. But is this story of a plucky teen and their robot friend just a ripoff of another more famous animated film?

It’s not a flashy piece of equipment. It’s a custom-design tool that focuses on what it needs to do – and it does that thing very well. It is a little on the expensive side but you really do get what you pay for – and what you’re paying for is pretty damned close to perfection.
