One of the biggest surprises of E3's second day was easily the reveal of a Guardians of the Galaxy game at the Square Enix Presents showcase, which looked nothing like the publisher's infamously-empty Marvel's Avengers. Whereas that game starring Marvel's A-team felt like it was checking boxes on a live to-do list, Guardians of the Galaxy is hitting PC and consoles later this year as a dedicated single-player game.

Summer Games Fest kicked off last night, and amidst all the big game reveals and new trailers, was the reveal of a brand new publishing label from Koch Media, called Prime Matter. According to Koch, Prime Matter is designed to give smaller games a chance in the spotlight while also shining a light on more experimental titles, all through a partner that the company calls a "premium publishing label."

As revealed at Summer Game Fest, Planet of Lana is coming from indie developer Wishfully and SteamWorld Quest publisher Thunderful, and by the assorted gods does it look gorgeous.

It's official! The next Borderlands game isn't Borderlands, but is instead a spin-off that goes full fantasy as Tiny Tina leads a gang of adventurers into battle against the evil Dragon Lord. In addition to Ashly Burch who returns to voice the maniacal explosives expert, Wonderlands also features the voices of Andy Samberg, Wanda Sykes, and Will Arnett for this latest round of Bunkers and Badasses.
