Runaround Sue and The Wanderer Singer Dion is suing Bethesda’s parent company ZeniMax. He’s taken umbrage with the use of his song The Wanderer in a commercial for the post-apocalyptic RPG shooter Fallout 4, which has called “Morally indefensible” and “repugnant.”

After winning their suit against Oculus, ZeniMax is going after Samsung’s VR, solution, Gear VR. With Gear VR being built using Oculus tech, that makes it a natural target.

Archaic controls aside, Morrowind was an achievement not only in storytelling but in atmosphere as well. Every layer of Morrowind managed to combine into something that few games were capable of being at the turn of the century: An experience. 16 years later, and it’s finally time to return to Vvardenfell. A jury has decided that Oculus broke non disclosure argeements when it made the Rift, but hasn't misappropriated any trade scerets. Still, the Facebook-owned company has to pay up $500 million.
