Having previously rocked up in Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Breakpoint and Far Cry: New Dawn, Rainbow Six Siege just seems like the next logical step.
Could Splinter Cell work as an open-world sandbox wherein Sam Fisher can ply his deadly trade? Absolutely, epsecially if Ubisoft looks at one other game that mastered the art of stealth, options and massive open areas to explore.
Ubisoft have revealed that Year Two of Ghost Recon Breakpoint will kick off with the return of Splinter Cell’s favourite operative, Sam Fisher. He’ll be joining the soldiers on the ground, to fight back against Not-The-Punisher, his mobs of cannon fodder goons and possibly the Terminator. What a time to be alive.
Ubisoft has delayed its long-in-development pirate simulator Skull and Bones until the next fiscal year, but that doesn’t mean that you won’t have brand new Ubisoft games to play over the next nine or so months. Between now and March 2020, Ubisoft has four great big AAA releases on the way.
